THE COMMUNITY CAME OUT!

Yes, our second annual Back-To-School event was a success. We exceeded our goal by giving away over 1,500 backpacks, feeding over 2,000 individuals, and bringing the community together for a day of fun and engagement. Several thousand people from the community came out not only to receive backpacks but also for career readiness, healthcare checkups, dental assessment, information regarding healthy eating, housing opportunity, lead testing, free haircuts, free food and entertainment.
